Oh my God. Someone kill me.

Piyush Kumar: Hi, how may I assist you?
Eric Anderson: Is there a way for me to disable comments on knowledge base articles in eSupport?
Eric Anderson: comment spam is just not worth the trouble...
Piyush Kumar: Please wait
Piyush Kumar: Yes you can follow as Staff CP >>Knowledgebase >>Comments >>Options =Delete
Eric Anderson: I don't want to delete them one by one... there are thousands of them. I want to disable them altogether.
Eric Anderson: Can I disable comments on knowledge base articles?
Eric Anderson: We have accessed the DB and deleted them already. I want to disable them.
Piyush Kumar: This you can do from the database sir
Eric Anderson: Yes, as I said - we removed the comments from the database. I would like to turn off comments. Is that possible?
Piyush Kumar: For this you have to create a ticket at services@kayako.com with database access our team will help you
Eric Anderson: So, you're saying from the database we can disable comments?
Piyush Kumar: Yes you can delete them all from database
Eric Anderson: There seems to be some miscommunication here... I know how to delete comments. I want to turn them OFF.
Piyush Kumar: There is no way to off them but you can do from :Admin CP >>Temapltes >>MANAGE TEMPLATES >>General >>Comments
Piyush Kumar: You can remove all the template code from there
Eric Anderson: Thank you.
