From Bowery to SoHo
Everyday I commute from Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn into SoHo, Manhattan to work. Mornings are the perfect time for me to practice the craft of photography ... mind is fresh, air is crisp, the light is dramatic and the sidewalk might be clean. On occasion, I'll hop off the J train at an early stop and walk a little bit – just to let the street speak to me.
SoHo Photo Walk
Most times in the late afternoon, I need a break – a little time offscreen to recharge and breathe. Photo walks are the perfect excuse to step away from my desk and go outside. Today, my buddy Naz walked over to the row where my desk is and said “Dude. Let's go shoot some photos.”
Crated New York City Launch Event
Crated launched to the world with a gallery event at the Soho Arthouse in New York City. The event was a big success with art from over 500 Crated artists on digital displays and sample prints up on the gallery walls. I am proud to be one of the artists they selected for this group exhibition. *sniff of confidence*
